We assess and review administrative contracts and in the various bidding modalities, both in administration and litigation, also providing consulting services and issuing opinions. We provide the necessary legal guidance and follow-up during all bidding administrative procedures, from the contesting of notices to suspending and canceling of selection processes, obtaining documents and certificates required in the bidding process, until the contract execution with the public entity, as well as providing defense before public and judicial administrative bodies and in relation to inspection authorities.
